* 安装方式：
窗友密封毛条是采用优质丙纶丝经硅油处理后，通过基布编织，经聚丙烯过塑成基片，分切成不同规格的产品。正确安装方法是将推拉（门）窗扇型材，按要求尺寸下好料后，根据型材所规定配套的规格毛条，将底板部由后向前推入型材槽内，直至到位为止，然后剪断再进行焊接（先穿毛条，后焊接），（门）窗扇封盖也按上述方法安装。为确保您的门窗在气密和水密性方面达到满意效果，推拉（门）窗扇型材一定要双面安装毛条，同时应选择好与型材正确匹配的优质门窗专用毛条产品。 |
* Assembly Method：
CHUANGYOU sealing felt strips are products slit to specified sizes
from base sheets, which are coated by polypropylene lamination on
substrate fabrics woven by fine quality polypropylene fibers treated
with silicon oil. In order to make correct assembly, the profiles
for sliding (door) window sashes should be cut to specified dimensions
as the first step. Then the felt strip that is applicable to the specified
profile and size can be pushed into the profile slot from rear to
front in the bottom section until it reaches the required position.
Now, the strip can be cut off and the profile can be welded (welding
after threading of felt strip). The keeper section of the (door) window
sash is assembled with the same procedures described above. To ensure
satisfactory performances of your doors and windows in air-and water-tightness,
felt strips should be installed on both sides of the profile for the
sliding (door) window. At the same time, it is necessary to choose
fine quality felt strips that are exclusively used for the applicable
profiles.
