* 安装方式：
窗友胶条是用多种合成橡塑材料制成的产品，安装时请注意：
1、（窗框、窗扇）应在焊接清角后将胶条按正确面顺方向用专用辊轮将胶条少许用力往型材槽内推进，同时将胶条三角帽向下压至嵌入型材槽内为止。由于胶条属弹性体，通过辊压后，可能会出现回缩，正确的方法应在胶条安装至二端接口处时，将胶条二端往中间回缩一点，并留下2—3厘米的收缩余量，然后剪断嵌入。
2、玻璃压条（单玻、双玻）将胶条按正确面用手工方式将胶条穿入型材槽内，将胶条一端用力往前推进，待推至前方型材尽头时，将二端胶条向中间回缩一点，然后将每一端留1-2厘米余量剪断，如遇到型材槽口尺寸不规则，穿入困难时，可用少许洗洁精稀释溶液用刷子在型材槽内刷一遍，这样可以减轻安装负荷。正确的安装方法，能确保您的门窗在气密性和水密性方面达到满意的效果，不会出现缩短、缺角现象。
3、整卷胶条使用时首先应将包装线解开，揭去上部的包装盘盖，抽出中间的纸芯，从中间拉出胶条开端头，由内圈往外使用，正确的使用方式，将可避免胶缠绕，打结等现角，节省安装工时。

* Assembly Method：
CHUANGYOU rubber strips are made of multiple synthetic rubber and
plastic materials. Please pay attention to the following by assembling:
1.When welding and chamfering (of window frames and sashes ) are completed,
the rubber strip that is faced in a correct direction should be pushed
with a little force into the profile slot by means of a special roller
until the triangle cap of the rubber strip is pressed down and inserted
into the profile slot. As a kind of elastomer, the rubber strip may
rebound when it is rolled. Therefore, whenthe rubber strip is assembled
to the joint point of both ends, the correct method is to leave a
retraction allowance of 2-3 cm by slightly retracting both ends of
the rubber strip toward the center before the ends are finally cut
off and inserted. 2.The rubber strip used as glazing bead (for single
pane or double pane) that is faced in a correct direction should be
threaded into the profile slot manually. The rubber strip should be
pushed forward with force at one end until it reaches the profile
end in front. Then both ends of the strip should be retracted a little
toward the center to leave an allowance of 1-2cm at each end before
the strip is finally cut off. In case it is difficult to thread due
to irregular dimension of the opening of profile slot, a small quantity
of diluted detergent solution maybe brushed into the profile slot
to reduce the friction in assembly. As long as a correct assembly
method is used, the air-and water-tightness of your doors and windows
can be ensured for satisfaction without any shortening or unfilled
corner. |
